In our last communication, we wanted to hear from all of you in a survey about how you feel about our QuickAds product, and what sorts of things you are having difficulty with or want to see improved.
As it is our number one priority to keep our publishers happy and active, we want to let you know that we are immediately addressing your feedback and concerns. Most importantly, it has been communicated to us that the signup/ad creation process has not been as simple as we have anticipated. We are thus in the process of tweaking both our plug-in and our user interface to be much more accomodating, explanatory, with a more clear and simple navigation. Our FAQ’s have also being improved so that a lot of your questions are now answered up front before having to ever address a representative- though we are ALWAYS here to help!
We also wanted to make sure you are all aware that you can access QuickAds from the very same plug-in from which you edit your blog. All you have to do is click on the “$” tab in the right side; placing an advertisement from there is achieved literally in just a few clicks, without ever seeing a piece of code!
